Refund policy

Returns are not accepted and refunds are not available for the following goods: digital content, including gift cards, eBooks and audiobooks.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind.

Refunds and replacements for physical goods are available for faulty or defective items only. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. This 7 day return window begins on the date of delivery provided by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

When requesting a refund or replacement of physical goods, please email: shop@stellamarisbooksllc.com, use the subject "Returns", and include the following information in your email:

  • Your Name;
  • Your Order Number;
  • Photographs of the defective or faulty item(s); and
  • Your choice of refund or replacement.

If we determine that your item is defective or faulty, we will refund or resend your goods, according to your preference.

Not withstanding our desire to ensure your complete satisfaction, we reserve the right to reject requests for replacement items and issue a refund for faulty or defective items whenever we deem it necessary, including but not limited to when replacement items are out of stock or not immediately shippable.
