Shipping policy

When you purchase goods from our Site https://shop.stellamarisbooksllc.com (hereafter known as "the Site"), the goods will be delivered as follows:

Digital Goods
Digital goods, including but not limited to eBooks and audiobooks, are delivered instantly via email from BookFunnel to the email address you provide at checkout.

If you do not receive an email from BookFunnel following checkout, please check your Spam or Junk folder. If you are a Gmail user, check your Promotions tab as well. 

Upon receipt of your email from BookFunnel, follow the instructions provided in that email for downloading and delivering the content to the device of your choice. To troubleshoot technical issues, you may contact help@bookfunnel.com for assistance. 

Physical Goods
Physical goods, including but not limited to print books and merchandise, are shipped by us via USPS or another carrier of our choice. We do not control shipping times, which will vary depending upon the number of items being shipped and the destination. Average shipping times to the continental United States are 5 to 7 working days and longer for AK, HI, and all territories of the USA. We do not ship internationally at this time.  

    You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

    Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number has been generated and provided to you, Stella Maris Books, LLC’s liability for the delivery of the package ends. Stella Maris Books, LLC is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or stolen during transit or after the carrier has marked the package as "delivered."
